With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first.
We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitization of all our products, facilities, and machinery. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.
Most of all, we apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production and shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and can cause a bit of a wait.
Below we have answered the most frequently asked questions:
"It's been over a week since my order was placed, and I haven't received an update since my confirmation. Can I get an update please?"
Unfortunately, sometimes important emails, such as confirmation emails about you order being officially processed or shipped, can get sent to your spam. Please check your spam folder for important updates from us.
If the email is not in your spam, we sincerely apologize. Because we send most of our emails manually, and with larger numbers of orders coming to us, it is possible that your email was not sent in error. We are working to fix these issues now.
While the processing email itself may be sent late, please note that the moment you place your order, it is automatically sent to our third-party services, and processing starts immediately.
Below is the list regarding average fulfillment times (unless specifically stated otherwise) for individual products:
Digitally-printed items (t-shirts, hoodies, crew necks, long sleeves, crop tops, fanny packs, tote bags, and drawstring bags): 20-25 business days
Phone cases: 2-4 business days
Hats: 14-17 business days
Framed Prints, posters, and stickers: 6-9 business days
All other items: 20-25 business days
These times do not include shipping times. Please allow an additional week for your items to be delivered after receiving a notification that your items have been sent out.
Furthermore, we are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, and are doing the best we can to keep you updated as frequently as possible! Please allow the entire 5-25 days for your order to be processed before raising concerns about the status of your order. If your order hasn't been sent out after 25 days, please reach out to us and we will happily give you a full refund, or a special discount on your next order!
"I received my order, but only some of my items are in the package. Is this normal?"
This is completely normal! This happens because some items process faster than others. While we are experiencing delays, we still want to get your items to you as quick as we can, even if that means shipping them separately.
Lastly, we would like to finally address that any concerns about your order need to be sent firstname.lastname@example.org, and not via social media. We ask this so that communication is most efficient and effective for both parties involved. Direct messages regarding your order sent through Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, or our chat dialog on the website will either be told to reach out to us by email, or not responded to at all.
